Cathepsins Assay Kits

 

 

Cathepsins 는 세포 내 단백질 분해와 회전을 담당하는 lysosomal protease 가족으로, 세포 내 항상성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. Cathepsins 는 항원 처리(antigen processing), 조직 재구성(tissue remodeling), 세포 자멸사(apoptosis) 조절 등 다양한 생리학적 과정에 관여하며, 전체적인 세포 기능과 건강을 위해 필수적입니다.

 

Cathepsins 는 처음 lysosome에서 확인된 protease 효소 그룹입니다. Cathepsins는 활성 부위에 존재하는 주요 촉매 그룹에 따라 분류되며, aspartic, serine, 또는 cysteine protease 로 나눌 수 있습니다.

 

ICT의 Fluorescent Magic Red® (Cathepsin B, Cathepsin L, Cathepsin K) 및 Green Fluorescent Cathepsin B Assays 는 연구자들이 in vitro에서 세포 내 cathepsin 활동을 정량화하고 시간 경과에 따라 모니터링할 수 있도록 해줍니다. 이러한 Assay는 flow cytometry 또는 cell imaging (immunofluorescence)에서 사용될 수 있습니다.
