Panel for Illumina®
The AceSeq™ BRCA1/2 Panel for Illumina® enables the preparation of high quality Next GenerationSequencing (NGS) libraries targeting full protein coding regions of BRCA1 (NM_007294.3) andBRCA2 (NM_000059.3) from genomic DNA, including whole blood, fresh frozen, FFPE, cultured orbuccal cells.
The kit utilizes Illumina-compatible adapter sequences and has been validated on Illumina platforms.
