1-Step Batch Midi Spin Columns

The innovative Proteus ‘1-Step Batch’ Midi Spin Column allows you to batch mix your filtered or unclarified sample with the resin of your choice and then wash and elute your purified and concentrated protein in a small volume. 

There is no resin carry-over to a subsequent downstream analyses, no messy transfer of samples/resin slurries and negligible hold-up volume. As the device is contained, it is ideal for handling bio-hazardous samples and samples from infectious sources.
