전이된 안드로겐 의존성 전립선암 세포주(AD)와 거세 저항성 전립선 암세포주(CRPC) 의 대사물질 150개의 레벨(level)을 Targeted Mass Spec. 으로 밝혀낸 후 해당 대사물질을 포함한 대사물질 184개의 이용율(rate of utilization) or 대사 경로 활성(metabolic pathway activity)을 Biolog PM-M1 & PM-M2 를 이용하여 비교 분석 하였습니다.
